Instruction for online submission of Application Form

As per directives of UGC, ABC ID is mandatory to submit online application for UG admission. Therefore applicants are advise to get their ABC ID from Academic Bank of Credits, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India portal (www.abc.gov.in) before starting of following steps.

As per directives of UGC, DEB ID is mandatory to submit online application for UG admission. Therefore applicants are advise to get their DEB ID from University Grant Commission (UGC), Distance Education Bureau (DEB) portal (www.deb.ugc.ac.in) before starting of following steps.

  • An applicant need to apply ONLINE ONLY.
  • An applicant must have an active mobile number and an active email ID (do provide own mobile number and email id) for online application. Applicants must read the instructions and procedures carefully and keep all necessary information ready before starting to fill up the application form. Once an application is received, it will be construed that the Applicant has agreed all the terms & conditions, rules & regulations as and when stipulated by the University.
  • An applicant must ensure to fill up the application form available online at the official website (bdp.wbnsouadmissions.com).
  • Registration and Application Procedure:
    • Step - 1: Online Registration
    • Step - 2: Online Application Form Fill-up
    • Step - 3: Selection of Courses
    • Step - 4: Upload Picture, Signature and Requested Documents
    • Step - 5: Payment of Programme Fee (If Application Approved by the University)
    • Step - 6: DEB ID Details (Providing and Verification of DEB ID Is Mandatory)
    • Step - 7: Print / Download Application Form and Payment Confirmation Receipt
    • Applicant must complete each step to proceed to next step.
    • NOTE: For detail information regarding each steps to be followed, other guidelines and updated information please regularly visit admission website.
  • REFUND POLICY : I hereby understand and agree that the University will refund fees to the applicants only for following reasons:-
    1. If any applicant pays his/her requisite fees for admission twice (through Bank Challan / Payment Gateway) against same application ID.
    2. If one applicant applies for two subjects inadvertently.
Declaration

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the condition of eligibility for the programme for which I seek admission. I full fill the minimum eligibility criteria and I will provide necessary information in this regard. In the event of any information being found incorrect / false / misleading / forged contrary to my eligibility at any stage of admission or after admission or even after conferment of degree and thereafter any time in future, my admission as well as my degree will be cancelled by the University and I shall not be entitled to get refund of any fee paid to the University.

I understand that my admission at respective Learner Support Centre will be provisional and will be guided in accordance to UGC approval vide File No. 30/22/2023 (DEB-II) dated 16.06.2023 and 05.12.2023. The University reserves the right to change / reallocate the Learner Support Centre chosen by the learners in order to regulate the admission in accordance with UGC order(s) if any.

(as provided by me during online admission) provided by me during or after completion of my study with respect to Admission / Renewal / Examination / other related information.
